Updated version and 99 lives

Added 2 new updates to this game. First version is bugfixed versions with redefinable keys. Second version is 99 lives version. This is probably final version of game. Tested on speccy emulator. Final versions of my other zx spectrum games can be found on itch.io (here). Versions on other sites could be outdated.
